About the Role:
This is a key, newly created, role supporting the Managing Director.
You will be responsible for administrative and marketing support for our growing business:
- General administrative support including emails, telephone calls, drafting documents
- Managing schedule of MD
- Administering the CRM system
- Maintaining company website and social media presence
- Drafting, editing and posting blogs and other communications
- Producing advertisements for business for sale websites
- Managing marketing campaigns
- Liaising with external providers
- Maintaining our on-line policies and procedures
About You:
Ideally you will:
- Be positive, confident, enjoy working collaboratively and demonstrate initiative
- Be organised, accurate & a self-starter
- Possess superior verbal and written English communication skills
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be proficient with business administration software programmes including the Microsoft suite of products
- Act discretely and with commercial confidence at all times
- Have experience of professional services environment
