Based at Mantra South Bank in the Brisbane, as our new full-time Finance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the finance department by maintaining accurate and timely financial records.

You will have exceptional people skills in addition to your number and analytical mindset, as you will be required to liaise closely with all departments to ensure cost controlling measures are being implemented.

With a focus on the Accounts Receivable Ledgers for our direct AR account, some of your other duties will include;

  • accurately invoicing the properties clients and allocating payments,
  • reviewing outstanding AR and contact Travel Agent,
  • reconciling travel agent commission,
  • end of month reporting

In addition, you will also be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding funds within each client’s credit terms.

To be successful in this role you will possess a Bachelor of Accounting, and ideally you will have relevant trust/hotel property experience. A consultative & proactive approach to servicing the accounts needs of properties and not to mention excellent time management skills.
