Are you looking for part time work in the Eastern Suburbs and love being client facing as well as supporting the broader team?  Then we have an amazing opportunity for you!  I am seeking a Part Time Receptionist and Administration Assistant for a local business in the Legal sector.  The team is down to earth and have a culture that fosters a clear and transparent approach. 

They are looking for someone 2 – 3 days a week, and can be flexible on what those days are.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is studying and looking to earn some extra money on the side!

Day to day responsibilities will include:
  • meeting and greeting clients with professionalism and warmth
  • supporting the team providing administration support wherever possible
  • providing support to the operations manager with functions and events
  • participate in team meetings and activities
The essentials for this role are: 
  • an excellent telephone manner and a smile in your voice
  • the belief that the customer is the most important person to any business
  • excel, word and power point skills are essential. 
  • previous reception experience within a busy environment
  • a can do attitude where no task is too big or too small
