We are currently looking for a Financial Accounting Administrator to join our finance team on a casual basis for approximately 3 to 6 months. This role is suitable for someone with experience working within a finance team who can jump in and add value quickly.

About the role

The finance team currently requires additional support to help with undertaking key day-to-day financial administration tasks. The key duties of the role include:

  • Processing sales inventory
  • Undertaking balance sheet reconciliation
  • Undertaking weekly and monthly financial reporting

This is a full-time role based in our Woolgoolga office, with some consideration of flexible working options.

About you

We are looking for someone to join our team and quickly take responsibility for some key tasks, therefore experience working in a finance team is essential.

In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Advanced Excel (including pivot tables and formulas)
  • Ability to problem solve and show initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • FMCG experience would be highly regarded.
