Methodist Ladies’ College (MLC) is one of Australia’s most respected and innovative schools with over 2,100 students from our Early Learning Centre to Year 12. We currently have a vacancy for a professional Administration Assistant in our Senior School (Years 11 & 12) working full time with 8 weeks leave per annum.
The Administration Assistant is a pivotal role within the Senior School, accountable for the provision of Reception duties, Attendance Tracking, and professional administration and support services to the Senior School Executive team.
The successful applicant will be extremely collaborative, have strong administration skills and the ability to build positive professional relationships. Office management skills, including MS Office software and data base management skills are essential along with excellent customer service, high level accuracy in written communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
