Qualifications & experience
- Firm understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Hold a relevant Certificate or designation (accounting and bookkeeping cert IV or higher)
- Strong working experience with Xero
- Intermediate-level skills in Excel
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Reconciliation of accounts in XERO
- PAYG preparation & lodgment
- BAS preparation & lodgement
- Payroll
- Undertake banking and other duties for collection and receipting
- Liaise with external clients
- EOM and EOY reporting
- Bank Reconciliations
- General office and administrative duties
