Your new organisation
You will be working for a well established national organisation who are in the market for a Payroll Officer on a permanent basis. They specialise in the industry they are in and offer an excellent package for the right candidate.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and will be completing the below duties:
- End to End Payroll Processing – 4000 employees
- Payroll System – SAP
- T+A system – Kronos
- Manage a weekly and fortnightly Payroll
- Australia and NZ
- Review and develop
- Payroll Queries
- Payroll Administration
- Payroll Tax
- Superannuation
- System changes
- Streamline any processes
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist other departments, mainly HR and finance
- Adhoc duties
What you need to succeed
You will need previous Payroll experience with a minimum of 3 years. Preferably have SAP experience or other large ERP systems. Be able to manage a smooth payroll process.
