Non-Negotiable Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
Strong communication, organization and planning skills

Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a similar role
Previous experience within construction industry
Your duties will include:
Update and distribute construction documentation as required
Request and follow up contractor quotes
Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations, and other required documentation
Confidently and professionally liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, and clients
Ordering and restocking of stationary, office supplies and maintaining amenities
Support site foremen as required
Flexibility to take on various tasks at any given time
Maintain social media profile
Assist in general office administration duties
