We are a family-owned Logistics Company with the head office in Forest Glen and due to growth we are looking for a new members to join our dynamic accounting and administration team.

The successful applicants will be switch-on, friendly, motivated and have an ability to think on their feet and operate in a fast-moving environment.

You will assist in the following area’s but not limited to 

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Customer Service (internal and external)
  • General administration duties
  • General data entry
  • Back-up answering incoming calls and handling enquiries

There is also backup assistance required in other accounting areas

What you will need to have:

  • Excellent customer services skills
  • General accounting experience and aptitude in the area
  • Strong administrative background
  • Experience with MYOB accounting package
  • Experience in Transport Industries would be preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Ability to learn inhouse software 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

The position is casual to start with a view to permanent

30+ hours Monday – Friday
