The purpose of the Service Delivery Manager role is to manage and maintain ICT and other key business-related service contracts to:
- Ensure achievement of departmental strategic and tactical objectives, value for money and the realisation of benefits, whilst minimising risk;
- Ensure optimum operational effectiveness, efficiency and compliance with departmental ICT standards of services delivered by third parties.
- Review and interpret vendor reporting on behalf of the Department to provide detail on vendor performance; and
- Facilitate forums to link vendor deliverables, enhancements and offerings to the appropriate business unit.
The Service Delivery Manager reports to the Director, Business Systems Maintenance, Digital Solutions, Information and Technologies Branch, People & Corporate Services Division.
