About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full function Accounts Payable Clerk to join our International finance team based in our offices located on the Northern Beaches. 

In this role your duties will include –

  • New supplier setup and existing account management
  • Processing AP Vouchers: supplier invoices, employee expense claims, tax bills etc
  • Handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Reconciliations
  • Processing of supplier invoices and supplier payments according to their trading terms
  • Maintenance of all balances
  • Month end reporting
  • Maintain Daily Cashflow schedule
  • Processing and making payments of employee expense claims
  • Distributor coded expenses – weekly
  • Daily sales upload
  • Ad hoc duties as required

About You

To be successful at PharmaCare, you will work well under pressure in our fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Accounts Payable or relevant practical experience within an accounting environment
  • Degree or TAFE qualified in Accounting or similar line of studies
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
  • Sound numerical and PC skills – including intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise work to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of team
  • Strong attention to detail
