We are an International freight forwarding company with offices in all States of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.
We are looking for a Accounts All Rounder for our Head Office located in Port Botany.
Within the role you will be required to:
· Make Collection Calls
· Handle any discrepancies and maintain debtor reports
· Ensure client payments are kept within terms
· Answer Accounts Payable queries from Creditors and branch offices
· Reconcile creditor accounts
· Ensure invoices are correctly recorded
· Process creditor payments
· Other accounts duties as required
To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria:
· Minimum 2 years Accounts Payables/Receivables experience
· Strong computer skills – Excel Intermediate preferred
· Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
· Current Australian driver’s license and vehicle.
· Experience in the Transport or Freight Forwarding industry preferred.
