Our opportunity
We have a new opportunity for a Personal Assistant to Group General Manager to join our team in Sydney You will ensure effective delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions and user experience and collaborate with HR functional experts, IT and business stakeholders to promote the adoption of HR technology.

Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Full Time Contract

Your responsibilities are but are not limited to

  • Responsibility and accountability for coordination of data requirements and reporting for all business requests.
  • Overarching program and project responsibility including ownership of key systems and processes.
  • Data builds and integrations across multiple business projects.
  • Mentorship of junior systems administrator as well as development/training.
  • Delivery of upgrades and optimisation of existing systems infrastructure.
  • Works closely with SMEs across the business to integrate HR data into their business platforms.
  • Contribute to the education and training of HR systems to the broader business.
  • Stay abreast of new functionality, analysing release documentation, explore new functionality and make enhancement recommendations to improve process, efficiency and end-user experience.
  • Maintenance and review of the core people data for the business.
  • Interact closely with the broader Human Resources team around data and systems as well as being a point of contact for HR Technology and System Operations processes and projects.
  • Provide support to the HR Operations team including the ability to ‘get on the tools’ if required.
  • Provide insights from data analysis and reporting.
  • Perform testing, prototyping and results analysis of new functionality or business requirements.
  • Strive for continuous improvement of the HR System practices, processes, and platform interaction.
  • Work closely with the Specialist functions within Human Resources.
  • Manage overall system design, development and user support.
  • Ensuring high quality data input and management via training of HR Coordinators/Consultants and other system users.
  • Improving service delivery following feedback from both internal and external stakeholders and implementing solutions to better increase service delivery.

Your Point of Difference

  • Indicative industry experience without supervision in management environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities;
  • Advanced level of IT proficiency e.g Microsoft Office Package, Yardi, Concur;
  • High level of administrative support to GM or Senior Manager
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with Senior Managers
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities efficiently
  • Ability to assess situations and solve non-routine problems
  • Events and conference management
