Personal Assistant to Director of Infrastructure Services

Temporary / Full Time (Maternity Relief from 1 October 2022 to 30 October 2023)

Location – Proserpine

$71,455 to $76,063 per annum

The Role

 

An exciting opportunity exists within our Infrastructure Services directorate for a Personal Assistant to the Director.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Infrastructure Services and act as a first point of contact for the Director and staff within the department.

 

Essential

  1. C Class Drivers Licence.
  2. Certificate III in Business Administration.
  3. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.

 

Desirable

  1. Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
