About the Company:
Boutique is currently representing a boutique marine business based in the lower north shore. This is an extremely autonomous role with VERY flexible working arrangements. 
  
About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Director and wider team.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the affairs of the Director, including diary and email management
  • Organizing of travel arrangements for the Director 
  • Internal and external communications
  • Expense and account reconciliation  
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing documentation as requested including letters, PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables and worksheets.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, workshops and conferences
  • Document and record management
  • Management of website
  • Adhoc help with Office Management duties 
   
About You:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PA/EA role 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident, high level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, including effective time management
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholder of various levels
