The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst for a full time permanent position within our Finance team located at Wetherill Park. In this role you will support the team by performing accounting and administrative tasks utilising the Accounts Payable systems.
The Tasks
This role could see you working across:
- High volume invoice processing (100+ daily)
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and General Ledger accounts
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Analyse, identify and resolve invoice related issues
- Generating reports for the team and wider business
- Accurate and timely completed of month-end tasks
- Supplier and stakeholder management and support
The Successful Candidate
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proven experience within Accounts Payable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven experience using multiple systems
- Certificate in Accounting preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics preferred
