We provide a full service package including interior design, fitout construction and office furniture for our clients. Our clients are well known international brands such as Downer, Mondelez, Bunnings and Dulux.

Job Summary

  • Day-to-day transactional bookkeeping and preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Budget management
  • Cash Flow forecasting for projects
  • WIP Reporting & management
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Following up of invoices/receipts for payments
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Comply with legislative and GST, FBT taxation requirements
  • Month End Processes to the chart of accounts
  • Maintain accurate reporting across the inventory, project management, cash flow forecasting software & Xero.
  • Document each process into a step by step procedure

Responsibilities

  • Updating project sheet each week before the Project Financial Health meeting
  • Match supplier’s bills against purchase orders & approve
  • Update the cashflow forecast every week
  • Check invoices for payments each day & update the team
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • Update the WIP report at the end of each month & send to the accountants

Competencies Required:

  • Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Time Management
  • Bookkeeping Certification
  • Email & Calendar Management
  • Forecasting & Budget Planning

Reporting:

  • Quarterly Performance Review meetings with your manager to review the past 6 months & plan for the next 6 months.
