This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CFO to make a significant contribution to our privately owned, well established Australian FMCG business. You will collaborate with our CEO, Board and Executive Team to realise the strategic vision of our company.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated success in leading teams through significant growth and an understanding of the infrastructure, reporting, systems and operational effectiveness to achieve scale.
The ideal candidate comes with a strong strategic outlook, commercial skills, but also someone who is ready to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and ‘get their hands dirty’ (when needed) to ensure successful delivery of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Financial governance & risk management
- Lead the budgeting & forecasting process
- Oversee & maintain integrity of internal financial controls
- Compliance with approved capital & funding practices
- Partner with our CEO in the development & execution of business strategy
- Ability to effectively manage a large team, providing clear strategic direction
Experience in Warehousing & Distribution will be very highly regarded.
Successful candidates will need to have a stable career history, provide three current verbal references, and be willing to undertake necessary compliance checks.
