We are seeking a finance and administration support for our busy office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide back up to reception and a small Accounts team. Start as a Junior, develop your skills and then progress your career within the company, all while working in a supportive environment that values personal development.

Position Description:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to Finance Department
• Accounts payable data entry including matching purchase orders to invoices, checking off invoices to ensure they are correct and entering invoices into MYOB.
• Accounts receivable data entry
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Data entry with a high degree of accuracy and coordination
• Processing invoices in MYOB
• Reconciling statements

The role will also include some diary management for Managing Director and Managing, Partner.

We would expect adherence to our Confidentiality Agreement  and HR policies all  times.   

Selection Criteria:
• Working knowledge in MYOB would be an advantage but not critical
• A keen eye for detail with data entry accuracy critical
• Intermediate Office 365 skills and strong general computer aptitude
• An ability to work independently but also within a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive and reliable work ethic
• Australian resident
