We have an opening for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This is an ongoing role based in our Geelong head office + hybrid work options for our team.
About the role
The Accounts Payable Officer supports the business through coordination and payment of all supplier invoices and be the point of contact for all supplier enquiries. You will also administer the corporate credit card process and assist with other finance administration tasks as required.
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Experience demonstrated in a similar role with high transaction volume Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently deal with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (highly desirable)
