Trademark Restoration Services is building remedial/construction company located in Silverwater. We seek a part time (2-3 days) bookkeeper/payroll/accounts admin with good experience using Reckon or MYOB accounting software.
- Looking after The General Ledger and all relevant payments and reporting duties
- Preparing monthly financial reports.
- Weekly Cash flow Statements
- PAYG Reconciliations
- STP lodgement
- Bank/Credit Card reconciliations
- Credit control & Tracking payments
- Assist in preparation of BAS and GST reporting
- Payroll including Superannuation
- Liaise with external clients
- Dealing with the companies external accountants.
- Client invoicing and statuary declaration for subcontractors
- Experience in payroll using Reckon (preferred) or MYOB.
- Proficient with Office 365.
- We need you to fit in with our small and vibrant team.
- Ability to handle many activities at the same time.
- Must have a professional presentation, be reliable and competent
- Located in Silverwater with free onsite parking
- A background in the construction industry and an understanding of the regulatory requirements would be very helpful, though not essential.
