Work for well-established nationally based organisation at their Seven Hills Head Quarters.  This role will be a temporary 2 days per week, with a view to permanent part-time, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm however, more hours may be needed eventually.  You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, assisting them with all the various accounting and administration functions.  This a newly created role due to the growth the Company has experienced.  A great opportunity awaits you, don’t miss out read on:

In this role you will be:
  • Working on MYOB entering statements and invoice
  • Assisting with the accounts receivable and payable
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Assisting with payroll and eventually learning the full payroll function
  • Coordinating and assisting with the preparation of employment related correspondence
  • General administration as required
 For this role you will need:
  • Must have MYOB experience
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication both written and oral skills needed
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
  • Must be able to work Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with the ability to increase these hours further down the track
  • Have data entry experience and be accurate
