What you’ll do 

The Team Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing professional, comprehensive administrative support to the COO leadership team to ensure that operations run efficiently.

What you’ll bring 

  • Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative assistance and support to senior managers
  • An ability to engage large teams, socially and culturally via event co-ordination and team connection
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, tact and judgement
  • Experience managing and resolving conflicting demands, including review of work priorities, rescheduling meetings and appointments as required in consultation with affected stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and network
  • Highly developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment, upholding confidentiality and discretion always
