The Opportunity

Martin Brower is searching for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team at our site based in Wetherill Park.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst in our Finance team located at Wetherill Park. In this role you will support the team by performing accounting and administrative tasks utilising the Accounts Payable systems. 


The Tasks

This role could see you working across:

  • High volume invoice processing (100+ daily) 
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements and General Ledger accounts 
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Analyse, identify and resolve invoice related issues 
  • Accurate and timely completed of month-end tasks
  • Supplier and stakeholder management and support
  • Support the team with technical issues (system/processing)
  • Manage team issues escalation 
  • Monitor and manage workflow and targets to ensure timely delivery of SLA’s.
  • Track and maintain team level metrics and reports for a variety of data 
  • Develop and identify improvements to current processes to improve productivity and quality of the team.


The Successful Candidate

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Proven experience within Accounts Payable
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience using multiple systems
  • Certificate in Accounting preferred but not essential 
  • Previous experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics preferred
