We are currently seeking a Senior Funding & Administration Officer to join our Head Office Team based at Woolloongabba.
  
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, customer service oriented professional with a strong financial background to join the team and help us deliver positive outcomes for our clients.  This is a full-time, fixed term 12-month contract.  
  
What you will do?
In this busy role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of funding management and administration across all areas of our Commercial Services department.
  
We’re looking for someone to:
  • Calculate and prepare accurate service quotes and agreements for relevant service programs;
  • Competently monitor client financial funding arrangements, including accurate data entry and maintenance of financial data in the client management system;
  • Carry out claiming processes for all funded services;
  • Problem-solve and provide specialist advice to staff and clients on matters relating to payroll and funding;
  • Carry out complex verification processes relating to client rosters prior to payroll processing;
What’s needed to be successful?
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work with speed and accuracy;
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible, and respond quickly to changing priorities and has the ability to work independently;
  • Be a skilled relationship-builder with high-level interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong financial administration skills and experience, including budget management;
  • Experience with databases systems and Windows Office applications (intermediate level);
  • A customer service professional who is experienced at exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide a Covid 19 Certificate of Vaccination as per the Qld Health Direction for workers in a healthcare setting.
