Administration/Corporate Support Officer
An exciting role with Amazing Grace Community Services
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the business through the coordination of day to day activities. This includes supporting the Managing Director’s requests, diary management, answering and handling calls and administrative assistance.
Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
Assist with the administration associated with the allocation of work placements including timely distribution of correspondence to schools, employers, and students.
Photocopy or fax reports, documents, and correspondence, and print or bind documents associated with vocational training activities.
Assist in maintaining databases and portals associated with the Vocational Training team
Assisting the Vocational Training team with timetabling, class requirements and resources for training programs.
- Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Working with Children Card for an employee
- A current driver’s licence Provide a Safety Screening Declaration The successful applicant will undergo a police records check
- Experience in coordinating participants and their support network are familiar with the principles of the NDIS and the determinations of reasonable and necessary supports or experienced coordination of any support in a similar role is desirable
