We’re looking for a passionate Accounts Administrator to join the team here at Pro AV Solutions, working alongside our Finance and Administration team in a never boring, dynamic working environment. You will play a key role in each aspect of the financial support to the business, ensuring that our systems and key information is accurate and up to date to provide the right information for our high performing teams.

 

The Role

In supporting the financial operations of the business, you will assist in the administration of accounts receivable and payable, processing invoices, reconciliations, and ad hoc payroll duties.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Administering non-purchase order payments, ensuring they remain accurate and reconciled on a weekly basis.
  • Assistance with Payroll and employee reimbursements.
  • Credit card and general expense management.
  • Working alongside the Director of Finance to prepare monthly, quarterly, and end of year reporting.
  • Assist in the administration of general office responsibilities.  
  • Provide backup phone and email enquiry support when reception is away or unavailable.

Experience highly regarded in the following: balance sheet reconciliations, end of month reconciliations, fixed asset register management, payroll. Experience with MYOB, Expensify, Ostendo, and Quickbooks preferably, but not essential.

 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2-years’ experience in Accounts Administration. You will: 

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal improvement, development, and learning. 
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Be reliable and trustworthy. 
  • A demonstrated capability to critically analyse and examine issues, advancing to a solution.
  • Have a natural knack for problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, including with external stakeholders.

 

The Package
