Description
Reporting to the Business Partnering Manager, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will ensure that the accounts receivable and credit management functions are managed efficiently and in accordance with financial compliance requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Receivable:
- Timely and accurate information flow to shared services on allocation of customer payments
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and liaising/follow up with customers regarding outstanding accounts
- Weekly cash flow forecasting and cash KPIs reporting
- Preparation of monthly statements for customer and monthly general ledger reconciliations
Credit Management:
- Maintenance of internal credit limits and risk profiles
- Monthly credit report – preparation and distribution
- Keeping management informed of any arising issues with customers
Any other Ad Hoc reporting as requested
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience working in accounts receivable
- Experience working in a customer-focused business environment
- Tertiary studies in accounting or finance is preferred
- MS-Office, SAP experience or ability to learn
