A temporary Accounts Payable opportunity has become available through Randstad to join a beauty and wellness business who manufacture well known household and beauty products. This client’s purpose is to accelerate the natural revolution with their vision to create amazing products.
Skills and experience:
- Worked in a high volume accounts payable position
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to excel in a high pressure and high volume team environment
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not essential
Your Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of supplier invoices
- Processing supplier payments
- Answering incoming calls from customers and suppliers
- Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements
- General administrative duties as required
