Accountant
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated accountant to join our small family owned public accounting practice specialising in small to medium sized business clients and SMSF’s.
As a public practice Accountant, you will enjoy working in a close knit and collaborative team environment of up to 6 people and will primarily be responsible for the following:
• Preparation of income tax returns and financial accounts for individuals, partnerships, trusts companies and super funds
• GST, Payroll Tax, Super, BAS/IAS lodgements
• Liaison with the tax office
• Direct client contact
Experience in MYOB and cloud based accounting such as Xero will be looked upon favourably as well as any previous work experience with an accounting firm.
A fantastic opportunity for a motivated, organised person with excellent verbal and written communication skills to gain experience working alongside qualified staff.
