This role is offering an ongoing temporary contract for an experienced accounts payable officer who can process high volume, be part of an energetic team and hit the ground running.

The Role
Reporting to the Shared Service Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end responsibilities of Accounts Payable.
Some typical duties will involve:
- Maintain and Process High Volume Supplier Transactions (P/O’s, Invoice, Approvals)
- Contribute to AP operations, timeframes, scheduling, processing weekly payments
- Resolving supplier queries
- Maintain High Volume Mailbox
- Reconciliations

Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Strong accounts payable experience, ‘end-to-end’.
- Prior exposure to ERP System ‘SAP’
- Strong Knowledge in excel skills
- Able to start immediately
- KPI Driven
- Handle High Volume
- Work independently or in a team
- Ability to report to senior management
