Oxford University Press ANZ is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our supportive and collaborative Finance team. In this full-time, 9-month contract role, the successful applicant will be responsible for the entire Accounts Payable function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process supplier invoices
  • Make payments in accordance with supplier terms
  • Create and maintain supplier accounts
  • Manage month-end duties, like cash flow reports and journals
  • Assist with royalty payments as required
  • Assist with annual audit and control requirements 

You will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Accounts payable experience (essential)
  • SAP experience (desirable)
