ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE

Our client is a leading Australian aviation company who require a hands on and experienced Office and Accounts Administrator to join the finance function for a 6 month contract for an immediate start.

RESPONSIBILTIES
  • General office administration;
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner;
  • Handling all accounts of the business;
  • Overseeing invoicing, bank reconciliations, direct debit processing;
  • Document management for sales team. 
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Ability to pick up new technology easily with a strong knowledge of Xero and Office Suite;
  • Previous experience responsible for accounts and office administration is essential;
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and work autonomously as well as part of a team;
  • A positive ‘can do’ approach.
