THE COMPANY


This company is a large electronics and service company located in the Blacktown District. They now have a long term temporary assignment available for an experienced Accounts All Rounder. You will be working closely with Senior Management in a close-knit team.
 
This role is to start immediately and will be 8:30am to 5pm 3 days per week. There is also parking on site.
 
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Compare invoice to purchase order to ensure accurate pricing
  • Sales invoices and sales reporting
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Credit Card and expenses claims
  • Data entry and database maintenance
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Collections
  • Processing banking and EFTPOS transactions
  • Monthly and bi monthly payment runs
  • Customer Statements
  • Credit checks
  • Answering calls and customer enquiries
  • Maintain debtor spreadsheet in excel
  • Liaise with clients regarding outstanding overdue balances
  • Monthly reporting outlining outstanding account balances

ABOUT YOU
  • You are comfortable working in an autonomous role with a professional focus and have exceptional communication skills.
  • You will need to be extremely experienced with the above-mentioned duties
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office, especially excel  
  • You will be required to liaise at all levels of the business and must be confident when dealing with senior management and clients alike. 
  • The role will require the ability to work under pressure
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are also required.
