This dynamic International manufacturer has thousands of employees worldwide and has a newly created position for an experienced office Administrator, based in the Rydalmere office. Reporting to the GM, you will provide a high level of administration support and coordination. As a true communicator and organiser, you will help ensure the smooth running of the business operations by assisting various depts including GM, CFO, Operations & Quality.

Supporting various depts, every day will be interesting including;

 Documentation management including document control, creation, approvals and distribution
 Arranging meetings including booking meeting rooms, minute taking etc
 Management of the internal portal for field related activities
 Producing presentations and proposals
 Booking training courses, organising meetings and Company events 
 Managing agendas, travel arrangements & appointments

 Collecting and compiling data for Quality & Customer Surveys
 Coordinating building maintenance and other associated activities
 Maintaining First-Aid kits and stationary purchasing
 Arranging couriers and mail distribution
 Reception responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering phone enquiries

Ideally, you will have;

 Experience in a related position
 Intermediate Word, Excl and PowerPoint skills
 MS Project is an advantage
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Excellent planning, multi-tasking and organisation abilities
 Car & licence
