This 12 month fixed-term-contract Finance Analyst reports into the Commercial Manager, who will provide guidance, support and development. This role sits within the Joint replacement & Mako sales and marketing team with an indirect line to the FP&A team. 

This role will business partner with the Mako Sales and Mako Marketing teams, and the Analysts of FP&A, helping to drive business performance within Mako division and Joint Replacement.

Responsibilities

  • Mako division reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
  • Data builds to automation, including: Site and buying group reporting, Service profitability reporting, Powerbi dashboards & Global presentations.
  • Analyse the impact (financial and non-financial) of actions taken within their Divisions and communicate these potential impacts to Commercial Manager Mako.
  • Provide reporting insight into ongoing performance of Mako.
  • Build self-service Powerbi dashboards for the Mako marketing team
  • Analytical support to Commercial Managers of Mako and JR and the divisional Senior Finance Analyst.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven business partnering experience providing decision support and finance intelligence that helped drive business results
  • Financial/accounting acumen
  • Excel and Powerbi modelling and dashboards
  • Excellent advanced Excel skills
  • Sales driven data analytics incorporating market data and trends
  • JDE, BI or other reporting/analytical system experience
  • CA or CPA qualified or in studies in process
