As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role supporting the Vice President Commercial, APAC and the Senior Director – Marketing in all their operational and strategic activities. You will enable them to optimise their time to maximise their performance. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary, email and expense management for two stakeholders.
  • Coordinating information for meetings on One Note and following system to ensure stakeholders have all necessary documents. 
  • General administrational support to both directors and their teams.
  • Represent Stryker when liaising with internal and external customers to organise conferences, meetings and events.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes throughout the administrative functions.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and to meet strict deadlines.
  • Highly developed computer application skills including Microsoft office products.
  • Highly developed written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to show initiative and work within an environment of frequent interruptions and conflicting priorities.
  • A proven ability to use own judgment to effectively manage workloads, prioritise tasks and clearly communicate when undertaking responsibilities and delivering services.
  • Experience managing at least two high profile leadership members’ diaries on a day-to-day basis.
