An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join and support our Business Advisory team. This role will see you working within an administration team lead by an executive assistant who supports a number of directors and a team of accountants. You will have regular contact with many stakeholders including our valued clients which requires you to be highly organised and confidential with exceptional written and verbal communication. This is an exciting opportunity as this is a newly created position so there will be some scope to make the role your own and plenty of great learning opportunities from our highly experienced, long-standing team members. The role will suit someone looking for a part-time (minimum 3 days per week) or full-time opportunity.


Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration and clerical duties as directed 
  • General daily duties including supporting the team throughout their day-to-day activities eg. distribution of mail
  • Database administration and saving electronic documents
  • Producing and editing letters, correspondence and other documents
  • Attending to ATO correspondence such as notice of assessments, division 293 assessments, income tax accounts
  • Company statements administration 
  • Client financial reports
  • Reception relief duties
  • Assist with checking client fees and posting
  • Support the executive assistant with event organisation and other adhoc tasks and projects
  • Support administration team with training organisation


Previous experience in an accounting firm is preferred, but not required to apply.
