Will you actively create a healthier future for tomorrow?
At Medibank we’re encouraged to think big. We have a clear purpose to impact better health outcomes for our customers, patients and our community.
We celebrate diversity of thought because we want to make better decisions for our customers. As we work towards our goal of better health for better lives, we value the knowledge and contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. We are working hard to create an inclusive workplace and develop Indigenous careers.
We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit Team who will play an integral role in providing assurance over Medibank’s business. This role requires a natural problem solver and strong communicator who can work cross functionally to deliver actionable insights and advice on the design and operating effectiveness of controls within a leading health insurer and growing health company.

Structure, prepare and present well-written, logical materials to support senior decision making.
Champion a risk focused culture and be a trusted advisor across the organisation.
Now who are you?
As a Senior Internal Auditor you have a naturally curious mind and have proven experience working in a highly complex role that influences key risk and control decisions.
You can apply critical thinking and business acumen when designing solutions to business problems and possess a robust analytical and problem-solving toolkit. You also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity in your role.
You’re skilled at working collaboratively with others and can actively contribute to the achievement of common goals. You are also an innovator and thought leader who can effectively manage stakeholders and influence at all levels.
Degree qualified with demonstrated experience in analysis of risk and controls.
Outstanding analytical skills to enable the interpretation and presentation of complex technical information.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
