About the role:

  • Permanent role – Mon to Fri / 9am-5pm with flexibility
  • Monthly BBQs and lunches
  • Based in Rowville (due to relocate to Dandenong South in October)

  • Accounts Payable
  • Back up support to Accounts Receivable (during periods of leave)
  • Processing creditors
  • Payroll assistance
  • General ledger preparation
  • Office and customer care support
  • OH&S representation
  • First Aid record maintenance
  • GST preparation and compliance
  • Cashbook maintenance

What we are looking for in this role:

  • A self-motivated, go getter with a “can do” attitude
  • Experience across a broad range of functions in accounting
  • Experience using Sage/Accpac and/or JDE (JD Edwards) – highly desirable as business will be transitioning to JDE in 2022/23
  • Trustworthy team player
  • Strong attention to detail with an adaptable, proactive and organised approach
  • A friendly personality who is eager to learn and pitch in wherever needed
