Position
Working with the Financial Controller and based in the CBD, the main duties include:
This role would suit someone who has income tax and BAS preparation knowledge (e.g. someone who has worked in a business services division of a public accounting firm, or commercial SME).
Experience of MYOB would be beneficial.

- Finalise FY23 property budgets
- Annual Payroll tax reconciliation (incl contractor review)
- Monthly and quarterly BAS and management accounts
- Prepare files for outgoings/marketing audits
- Supplier invoice approval; review coding; capex
- Tenant invoices – review, check for increases, abatements etc
- FY22 outgoings reconciliation post audit and prepare calcs for adjustments; check letters prepared by centre management
- Prepare FY22 year end files for tax compliance/financials
- Workcover wages declaration (inc contractor review)
- Management liability insurance submission/info request
- Ad hoc tasks
