We are on the lookout for a motivated individual to join a vibrant organisation. Working as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will be supported to learn everything from the ground up.
Located at Docklands, “a stone’s throw away” from public transport, the successful candidate will be working full time and provided time to complete studies in the workplace, earn as you learn!
The successful candidate will gain experience in the workplace by assisting in various administrative tasks and duties, including but not limited to:
- email and diary management, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including email filtering according to priorities and liaison with other Business Units.
- Word processing of correspondence, reports, chart, data collection.
- Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Using filing systems to manage and maintain documents
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Arranging meeting and taking minutes
- Adhoc Administrative duties as requested
We will be looking for someone who displays the following skills and personal qualities:
- Intermediate in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- A good communicator
- A willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Enjoy meeting deadlines and able to produce quality work within required time frame
- Any experience in an administrative role (Preferred)
- Previous exposure to construction and contracting services industry desirable
- A great attitude that will blend in with the existing energetic, passionate team culture
