We have excellent opportunities for experienced and highly organised Bookkeepers to become an integral part of our friendly, energetic and growing finance team. Located in Eight Mile Plains, this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your skills.

Full time Position 

Xero experience is essential however the successful candidate will also:

  • Have a minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Demonstrate advanced Xero knowledge
  • Have a positive attitude and great customer service skills
  • Be proficient in all aspects of Payroll including EOFY reconciliations
  • Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills

You will be responsible for:

  • Payroll and liaising with ADP and our HR Team (Super, PAYG, Payroll Tax)
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Bank Rec of all AP and AR
  • Follow up of outstanding invoices (email and calls)
  • EOM and ad hoc Management Accounts
  • Occasional review of vendor pricing
  • Preparing and liaising with our Tax Accountant
  • Continuing to build and refine our bookkeeping processes
