Career Partners has been engaged by our Client to source candidates for the role of Senior Financial Accountant. Our Client is a NYSE listed, Fortune 500 corporate.

Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, and as part of a broader accounting function, you will be given a range of responsibilities for the Australian and NZ businesses. Under your guidance and leadership, your team of three staff reports, will prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, meet tax reporting requirements for both direct and indirect taxes and ensure internal and external audit requirements are fulfilled. The audit and tax accounting firms will assist you and you will manage these relationships. 

There are also a multitude of projects, such as ongoing improvement of the ERP, tax research etc.
To be considered for this role you will have completed your Accounting Degree and have your CA/CPA (or commenced). 

WFH flexibility a few days a week is available, once you have learnt the role and are developing relationships with your team. For an initial period, you will need to attend the office five days a week.

You will be a motivated person, with the drive to contribute and collaborate, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be ready to evolve your career and have likely managed staff, and have exposure to a multinational environment.
