Key responsibilities:

  • Daily bank reconciliation for all stores across AU, US and UK
  • Reconcile cash and credit card receivables for all retail locations including e-commerce
  • Cash receipting of all credit card receivables
  • Investigate and report on all credit cards charge back claims
  • Review all sales kick out reports and coordinate the correction of all errors
  • Reconcile all deposits from the bank statements
  • Coordinate the filing of all daily sales invoices
  • Assist with monthly self-audit functions
  • Posting of all bank account interest and merchant service fees
  • Processing of monthly journal entries for financial close

 

 

To be successful in the role you will bring:

  • 1-2 years of multi-site bank reconciliation
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to Customers
