Xpress To You is a fast growing courier company who’s key mission is to provide ‘next day delivery’ service to metro Melbourne.
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our growing team!
About the role:
- Part Time role 15 hours per week – days are flexible however must work Mondays. Role will be office based.
- Use Xero to perform customer payment reconciliation along with reconciling payments in our transport management system (TMS).
- Complete weekly payroll function using Xero.
- Following up overdue payments (debt collection) with customers.
- Use Xero to perform invoice payments.
- Create new customer accounts in TMS.
- Use direct debit system ‘Get Pinch’ to set up customers with credit card or direct debit payments.
- Support the sales team with completing trade references for potential new customers.
- Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable.
- Previous experience with using Xero.
- Able to use Microsoft office programs and cloud based programs i.e. teams.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
