Our team is expanding and we require an office administrator to join our close knit Survey Mark family.


The role: 

We are looking for an experienced and organised office administrator that can assist with looking after the day-to-day tasks of our office. 

We are looking for someone to fill 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase this to full time as the role progresses (if desired). We have flexibility around the hours and are willing to work with you to find hours that suit. 


The role consists of: 

  • Maintain the administration elements of Survey Marks operations
  • Assist with document preparation, tender compilation and database management
  • Support all other members of the Survey Mark management team. 
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions (such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, liaising with accountant/bookkeeper)
  • Liaise with clients to book jobs/projects
  • Maintaining Kanbanize (project management software) job card and workforce scheduling processes
  • Maintain client invoicing processes
  • Data entry of key forms, based on information provided by CAD and Survey Departments
  • Receptionist duties include sorting and filing the mail, email management and managing phone calls. 
  • Event management including planning and coordination of key organisational and client functions. 


Highly Desired but not essential: 

  • Experience with Xero, Google Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Payroll, HR management
