About the role:
As Executive Assistant / Project Officer you will undertake a broad range of tasks to provide effective executive support to either the Chief Operating Officer, or Director, People and Culture. You will be responsible for diary, email and meeting management, taking telephone and in-person enquiries, preparing written correspondence, maintaining accounts and budgets, and assisting with projects. As well as this, you will provide support to a small team of senior leaders within Corporate Affairs or People and Culture as required.

  • Executive Assistant / Project Officer, People and Culture (full time- maximum term until June 2023)

About you:
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or similar, with the ability to quickly develop the skills and organisational knowledge necessary to successfully perform your role. You demonstrate high level organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage changing priorities.

Crucial to your success will be your strong interpersonal skills, discretion and ability to exercise sound judgement while liaising with stakeholders at all levels, on a variety of highly confidential and sensitive matters. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to the vision and values of Victoria Legal Aid and support the key objectives and priorities of Corporate Affairs and People and Culture.
