Ultimate Security Australia is a fast-growing security company providing end to end security service solutions to our large customer base (both residential and commercial) nationwide. Our services include Back to Base Alarm Monitoring (Grade A1), one-stop-shop E-Security provider (design up to installation), Mobile Patrols and Static Guards.
About the role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Billing Officer who is looking to grow their career. This role will be responsible for contributing to the overall function of the finance team by processing customer invoices and and providing accounting support. Together with the team you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the business’s finances.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating a high volume of customer invoices
- Receiving and allocating payments
- Assisting with data collection and migrating data systems
- Weekly/ Monthly reconciliation of invoices
- Assisting with the Accounts Receivable function, including collections when necessary
- Providing ad-hoc support for month end closing
Selection Criteria:
- 2+ years’ experience in billing/ accounting systems
- Proven experience working on high volume invoicing and A/R
- Experience working on multiple software and portals
- Experience in MYOB highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A high level of speed and accuracy
- A proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment demonstrating flexibility and professionalism
