Woods & Co Recruitment are on the lookout for an internal Bookkeeper for our growing organisation. Our recruitment agency is undergoing unprecedented growth as we look to expand globally in 2022.
The successful candidate will be a proven bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years’ experience of end-to-end bookkeeping, who presents confidently, has great interpersonal skills, shows great initiative & enthusiasm, and can work autonomously. You will also need to be organised with strong time management skills, and possess a high level of attention to detail.

The Role
  • Processing accounts AP/AR
  • Debt collection with our valued clients
  • liaising with clients for outstanding payments
  • Invoicing
  • Reimbursement forms
  • Using Hubdoc
  • Using Gmail for AP/AR
  • Liaising with external accountants
What you need
  • Understanding and experience using Hubdoc
  • Understanding of hospitality award rates is preferred but not necessary
  • Understanding and experience using Deputy payroll software
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly proficient using Google Sheets
  • Ability to relate and liaise with external accountants
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and strong time management skills 
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to show great initiative
  • Be able to have some fun!
